1. About Blissful Escapes

We provide guided tours, local experiences, and travel support across Uganda, with the goal of safe, authentic, and memorable journeys. Contact: Kampala, Uganda, info@blissfulescapes.com.

2. Booking and Payments

Tours are booked via our website or team and confirmed after full or partial payment. Prices are in USD and may vary by season or group size; payments are handled by secure providers.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour; 50% refund 24 to 48 hours before; no refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. We may reschedule or refund for weather or safety reasons.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Arrive on time at the meeting point, follow your guide’s instructions, respect the local culture and environment, and tell us of any medical needs in advance.

5. Liability

Our guides take all reasonable precautions, but outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Blissful Escapes is not liable for losses from factors beyond our control. Travel insurance is recommended.

6. Personal Data

Your information is processed according to our Privacy Policy, only what’s needed for booking, communication, and service improvement.

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, text, and visuals on this site are the property of Blissful Escapes unless stated otherwise and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Changes to Services

We may adjust tours, prices, or routes to improve the experience or respond to conditions; significant changes are communicated before your trip.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and disputes are resolved in the competent local courts.
